Notes for Creating a Teacher Wishlist

  • Wish Lists are limited to one per teacher per school year.
  • We are unable to purchase decorations, food, or candy for your classroom. Please limit your list to educational items.
  • Please note that you are asked to make and link to an Amazon Wishlist for ease of fulfillment. If items needed are not available on Amazon, please email Kara O’Malley at komalley@sb.school with your request.
  • Wish List items purchased by the SBEA become property of their school should a teacher end their employment with SBCSC.  

Fill out and upload a Signature Page 

The Signature Form must be signed by the applicant and their building principal in order to submit a complete application.
